Creature Conquest Privacy Policy

Creature Conquest is made for kids. It is played entirely on your device, without an account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or chat.

Effective date: September 14, 2026

This privacy policy explains how Task One LLC (“Task One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in Creature Conquest: Dino Battle (“Creature Conquest”) for iPhone and iPad.

Information Task One collects through Creature Conquest

Task One does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal information through the Creature Conquest app—from children or from anyone else. Creature Conquest does not include user accounts, advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technologies, chat, social features, user-generated content, or links that leave the app.

Made for kids

Creature Conquest is designed for children and families. Because the app collects no personal information, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to review, correct, or delete on Task One’s systems. The optional Full Conquest purchase screen is behind a grown-up check so that a child cannot reach it without help.

Information stored on your device

Creature Conquest stores game progress, Player Profile records and streaks, creature mastery, settings such as sound, haptics, difficulty, and match length, the number of completed free games, and whether Full Conquest is unlocked. This information stays on your device and is not sent to Task One.

You can erase records, streaks, and mastery with Reset Player Progress in the Player Profile. Deleting the app ordinarily removes its stored data, subject to Apple’s platform behavior and device backups.

Gameplay and network use

Matches, computer rivals, creature artwork, and sound effects all run from the app on your device, and gameplay works without an internet connection. Creature Conquest does not contact a Task One server and does not send information to artificial-intelligence or other online services.

Purchases

Full Conquest purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices and terms. Task One does not receive payment-card details or Apple Account credentials. Creature Conquest contacts Apple’s StoreKit service only to show product availability, complete a purchase, and determine whether Full Conquest is owned.

Support communications

If you contact us for support through this website, we receive the email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your request and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Support requests should come from a parent or guardian; please do not include a child’s personal information, passwords, or payment details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Creature Conquest’s features or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
