Fleetfall Privacy Policy

Fleetfall has no accounts and keeps your game on your device. Its ads are served by Google AdMob, which collects some information as described below.

Effective date: October 26, 2026

This privacy policy explains how Task One LLC (“Task One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the advertising service in Fleetfall handle information in Fleetfall: 3D Naval Battle (“Fleetfall”) for iPhone and iPad.

Information Task One collects through Fleetfall

Task One does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal information through the Fleetfall app. Task One runs no servers for Fleetfall, and Fleetfall has no user accounts, chat, or user-generated content. Information collected by the advertising service is described in the next section.

Advertising by Google AdMob

Fleetfall shows a full-screen ad between games, never during play. Ads are served by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. According to Google’s disclosures, the SDK may collect device identifiers (including Apple’s advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking), your IP address, a coarse location derived from that IP address, ad interaction and performance data, and crash and diagnostic data. Google uses this information to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Google’s handling of this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Tracking permission

After your first game, Fleetfall asks once for permission to track through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow it, ads may be personalized using Apple’s advertising identifier. If you decline, Fleetfall still shows ads, but they are not personalized and the advertising identifier is not shared. You can change your choice at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Consent in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and some US states

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and where US state privacy laws require it, Google’s consent form asks for your choices before any ads load. You can review or change those choices at any time by opening Settings in Fleetfall and tapping Privacy choices.

Remove Ads and purchases

If you buy Remove Ads, Fleetfall stops showing all ads and no longer starts the Google Mobile Ads SDK to request ads. Purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices and terms. Task One does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials.

Information stored on your device

Fleetfall stores your settings, your game records (wins, losses, and accuracy), saved games, and whether Remove Ads is owned on your device. This information is not sent to Task One. You can remove it by deleting the app.

Nearby play and local network use

Nearby play connects devices directly over your local network with an encrypted connection. It sends only game moves and player names to the other device or devices in the game; it does not use an internet server. Fleetfall uses the iOS Local Network permission only to find and connect to nearby players.

Support communications

If you contact us for support through this website or by email, we receive the email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your request and keep necessary business records. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Please do not include passwords or payment details.

Children’s privacy

Fleetfall is not directed to children under 13, and Task One does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Fleetfall’s features, its advertising service, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
