Night at the Cemetery Support

Help with surviving the night, building, the Expansion Pack, and restoring purchases.

Send a Night at the Cemetery support request with a description of what happened, your iPhone or iPad model, and your iOS or iPadOS version. Night at the Cemetery is made for kids, so we ask a parent or guardian to send the request. Please do not include a child’s personal information, passwords, or payment-card details.

How a night works

  1. You start in front of the house with five hearts, a sword, and a pickaxe. The clock counts down from 7:00.
  2. Monsters rise from the graves and head for you. The sword swings where you face; every monster falls after enough hits.
  3. Lose all five hearts and the night ends at the zombies’ dinner table. Reach 0:00 and the sunrise clears the graveyard — you win.
  4. Half a heart heals back every twenty seconds, so retreating and regrouping is a real strategy.

Mining and building

Select the pickaxe and press USE to mine the block you face — dirt from the ground, stone from rocks and the house, wood from trees. Select a block in the hotbar, then press USE to place it ahead of you, or tap any nearby tile to place it there. Jump and press USE to place a block under your feet and build upward.

Walls buy time but never permanent safety: ghosts drift straight through, Frankenstein pounds placed blocks apart, mummy fireballs blast them, zombies climb ladders and tree trunks, and leafy branches snap if you stand on them too long.

Controls

Move with the on-screen d-pad, jump with JUMP, and swing, mine, or build with USE. Tap a hotbar slot to switch items. Game controllers and hardware keyboards work too: move with the stick or WASD, jump with A or W, use with X or Space.

Endless Nights and the Expansion Pack

The Expansion Pack is a one-time purchase that adds endless themed nights — a blood-moon graveyard, a sunken swamp, a buried crypt, and a frozen hilltop — plus bat swarms, wisps, grave diggers, and a vampire who arrives at 6:00 in every mode. The free game is complete on its own and never shows ads.

Unlock or restore the Expansion Pack

  1. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
  2. On the title screen, tap EXPANSION (bottom right).
  3. A grown-up answers the question on the Ask a Grown-Up screen.
  4. Tap Buy, or Restore Purchase if the pack was already bought.

The Expansion Pack is a non-consumable purchase, so you should not need to buy it again when using the same eligible Apple Account. Apple handles billing; Task One never receives your payment-card details. With Ask to Buy in Family Sharing, a parent can also approve purchases from their own device.

The store is unavailable

Check the internet connection and try again later. Purchases and restorations require Apple’s App Store services, even though every night plays offline.

No sound or vibration

Open Settings from the title screen and make sure Sound, Music, and Haptics are turned on. Then check the device volume and, on iPhone, the Ring/Silent setting.

Privacy
