Creature Conquest Support

Help with matches, Charge and Packs, Rival Arena, free games, and Full Conquest.

Contact support

Send a Creature Conquest support request with a description of what happened, your iPhone or iPad model, and your iOS or iPadOS version. Creature Conquest is made for kids, so we ask a parent or guardian to send the request. Please do not include a child’s personal information, passwords, or payment-card details.

How a clash works

  1. The challenger chooses a creature and calls Strength, Intellect, or Speed.
  2. The defender hears the call and chooses a creature to answer it.
  3. Both creatures are revealed together. The higher value in the called attribute wins; if the values tie, the higher total wins.
  4. The winner captures the losing creature and its Trophies, then challenges next.

After every creature has been played, the player with the most Trophies wins. If Trophies are tied, the winner of the last clash takes the match. Tap How to Play on the Home screen for a step-by-step guide and a practice match.

Charge, Legendaries, and Packs

Standard creatures are free to play and each one earns 1 Charge. Legendary creatures cost 1 Charge and Ultimate Packs cost 2, and both are worth more Trophies when captured. A creature you cannot afford yet is dimmed and shows how much Charge it needs. Everyone’s Charge and Trophies are shown at the top of the screen.

Difficulty and match length

Open Settings from the gear on the Home screen. Choose a computer rival level—Explorer, Hunter, or Apex—and a match length of 7, 11, or 15 creatures. Changes apply to your next match.

Rival Arena on iPad

Rival Arena is available on iPad only. You face three computer rivals at once, and the winner of each clash captures all three of the other creatures. Arena matches use 7 or 11 creatures for each player. On iPhone, Creature Conquest is played one-on-one against a computer rival; it does not include local two-player or online multiplayer.

Free games and Full Conquest

Every player receives seven complete games with all 48 creatures, every difficulty, and every match length. Tutorial practice and matches you leave before they finish do not use a free game. After seven games, Full Conquest unlocks unlimited play with a single one-time purchase. It does not change creatures, statistics, or rules.

Unlock or restore Full Conquest

  1. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
  2. Open Creature Conquest, tap the gear on the Home screen, and under Full Conquest tap View Unlock & Restore Options.
  3. A grown-up answers the question on the Ask a Grown-Up screen.
  4. Tap Unlock to buy, or Restore Purchases if Full Conquest was already bought.

Full Conquest is a non-consumable purchase, so you should not need to buy it again when using the same eligible Apple Account. Apple handles billing; Task One never receives your payment-card details. With Ask to Buy in Family Sharing, a parent can also approve purchases from their own device.

The store is unavailable

Check the internet connection and try again later. Purchases and restorations require Apple’s App Store services, even though every match works offline.

No sound or vibration

Open Settings and make sure Sound Effects and Haptics are turned on. Then check the device volume and, on iPhone, the Ring/Silent setting.

Reset game progress

Open the Player Profile from the Home screen and tap Reset Player Progress. This erases records, streaks, and creature mastery. It does not remove Full Conquest or change the number of free games used.

Privacy
