This privacy policy explains how Task One LLC (“Task One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in Wend: One-Line Grid Puzzle (“Wend”) for iPhone and iPad.
Information Wend collects
Wend does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. Wend does not include user accounts, advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking technologies.
Information stored on your device
Wend stores game progress, puzzle statistics, preferences, and a cached Wend Pro entitlement on your device so the app can remember your play and settings. This information is not sent to Task One. You can remove it by using the app’s reset option or deleting the app.
Daily puzzles and network use
Puzzles, including the daily puzzle, are generated on your device. Wend does not contact a Task One server to generate puzzles or synchronize play.
Purchases
Wend Pro purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices and terms. Task One does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials. Wend checks Apple’s StoreKit service to determine product availability and whether the purchase is owned.
Support communications
If you email us for support, we receive the email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your request and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Children’s privacy
Wend does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Wend’s features or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
