Before you use Mixtape

Mixtape supports common formats including FLAC, AAC, ALAC, MP3, WAV, and AIFF, subject to device and speaker compatibility. It does not include a music catalog or play protected streaming-service downloads.

Sonos speakers must be reachable on your local network. S1 and S2 systems cannot be grouped together. Keep Mixtape open for Sonos-only playback; phone playback can continue with the screen locked. Sound changes on Sonos prepare a new stream and can briefly interrupt playback.
