Email info@taskonellc.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and your iOS or iPadOS version. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
Restore Wend Pro
- Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- Open Wend and tap Settings.
- Under Wend Pro, tap Restore purchase.
Wend Pro is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. You should not need to buy it again when using the same eligible Apple Account.
The store is unavailable
Check your internet connection and try again later. Purchases and restorations require Apple’s App Store services even though normal gameplay works offline.
Reset game progress
Open Settings in Wend and choose the reset option. Resetting progress does not remove your Wend Pro purchase.
Privacy
Wend has no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking. Read the full Wend Privacy Policy.
